• Must Have : Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect within these areas : ITSM
• virtual agent, & Chat Surveys, AI Search enhancements.

Previous consulting experience in a mature ServiceNow environment- thought leader that takes a consultative approach with end-client, working with multiple projects / customers at a time.

Experience designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications 9 / 10 platform experience Guiding clients in sticky engagements Ability to be hands-on with keyboards if needed Previous experience & confidence working directly with the customer, gathering requirements, writing user stories, hands-on development, and driving technical solutions.

Pay Range- $70-$75 / hr.
