About The Position

Looking for a  physician-only Emergency Medicine  locum role where your clinical skills take center stage? This Level II Trauma Center in  Bismarck, North Dakota  is seeking a  board-certified ABEM physician  for weekday shifts with  no midlevel providers —just you and a high-acuity caseload in a fully equipped hospital setting.

This role offers  $310 / hr , a consistent  Monday–Friday schedule , and all  travel, lodging, and malpractice covered , so you can focus on what matters most : delivering excellent care.

🔹  Position Highlights

💰  $310 / hr

🏥  Level II Trauma Center | Hospital-Based

📍  Location : Bismarck, ND

🕘  Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

⏱  Shift Length : 10–12 hours

⚙️  EMR : Epic

📈  Patient Volume : ~1.4 patients / hour

❌  No midlevel support  – physician-only model

✅  Malpractice provided

🛠️  Must-Have Clinical Skills

Intubation

Chest tube placement

Central lines

Procedural sedation

OB / GYN procedures & deliveries

Adult and pediatric resuscitation

📋  Requirements

ABEM Board Certification  – Required

Active North Dakota License  – Required

ACLS, ATLS, PALS, DEA  – All Required
