Overview
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Solar Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing residential solar systems and be familiar with current NEC standards and industry best practices. NABCEP certification is not required—we welcome experienced installers from all backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Install residential solar PV systems, including racking, modules, and related components
- Safely mount and secure equipment on rooftops (asphalt shingle, flat roofs, etc.)
- Assist with electrical prep work : conduit runs, wire management, inverter mounting (in coordination with licensed electricians)
- Interpret installation plans, layouts, and one-line diagrams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
