Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

All tele will have a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 5-7.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Unit Details : 20 bed unit, 14 bed will be open.

Exams / Assessments : Will need to pass dysrhythmia exam. Only get 2 chances but gets remediation to help pass

Types of Patients on Unit : General Med Surg Unit

Others : May take Hospice Patients

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 10 / 31 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 24 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025, 12 / 31 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1
