Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager within the Healthcare & Life Sciences division, you will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget, quality, safety and relationships for ongoing projects.
- Attend planning and status meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, financial reports, change orders, pay applications, and cash flow.
- Oversee project documentation, correspondence, and contract compliance.
- Supervise project managers, APMs, and project engineers; coordinate with field staff and subcontractors.
- Build industry relationships to support future business opportunities.
- Maintain job cost reports, ledgers, and budgets.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, RFPs, procurement, and change processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
- Lead project meetings and distribute agendas and minutes.
- Maintain client communication and attend owner meetings.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to support ongoing work.
- Ensure accurate contract setup, reporting, and billing.
- Oversee project closeout with organized digital documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments.
- Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings to assess project progress.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.Strong tenure with 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale facility construction projects, including ground-up healthcare and life science builds over $100MExpertise in construction processes, budgeting, accounting, and procurementProficient in MS Office and project management tools such as Suretrak, MS Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO, or equivalentLEED Accreditation preferredValid driver’s license requiredWhat you'll get in return
