A company is looking for a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day service operations in a Department of Defense enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate Tier 1-3 service desk and operations staff during assigned shifts, ensuring effective incident management and SLA compliance
Monitor real-time system dashboards and service queues to proactively identify and mitigate performance or security issues
Serve as the incident commander during shift hours, managing outage response, triage coordination, and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service desk or system operations functions
Experience supervising technical staff in 24x7 mission-critical environments
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and incident response procedures
