Position Summary
The Building Maintenance Technician is re sponsible for maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the building and its surrounding grounds.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Take out trash
Clean and maintain shop and warehouse (includes floors and windows)
Restock necessary materials
Assist in mowing and trimming bushes
Maintaining lawn equipment
Assist in moving company vehicles to various locations
Assist in washing and fueling company vehicles
Assist in maintenance and compliance of underground fuel storage tanks
Assist mechanics or other trades as needed
Snow removal
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be able to operate a forklift
Willingness to learn new skills
Positive work attitude
Education and Experience
High School Diploma / GED preferred
Must have valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk, kneel, reach, grasp, climb
Must be able to work in all weather conditions throughout the year
Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
