National Environmental Program Manager

The National Environmental Program Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing environmental programs and policies across the organizations national operations. This role ensures compliance with environmental regulations, promotes sustainability initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in environmental performance. The manager collaborates with internal stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and external partners to align environmental strategies with organizational goals.

A day in the life...

• Program Leadership & Strategy

Develop and manage national environmental programs, including sustainability, waste reduction, emissions control, and resource conservation.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, EPCRA, SPCC, Clean Air Act).

Serve as the primary point of contact for environmental matters with government agencies, NGOs, and community groups.

Collect, analyze, and report environmental data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Identify environmental risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$102,500.00 - $170,500.00 Annual This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical / vision / dental / life / disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
