TRUE NORTH COUNSELING SERVICES, LLC is looking for a Licensed or Pre-licensed clinician to join our team. We provide in-person or remote counseling services from our private practice in Wilmington, Delaware.  We are a faith based Christian organization looking for individuals sharing a Biblical worldview.

We provide :

  • Support including clinical supervision
  • Administrative services and billing.
  • If licensed we facilitate credentialing  process with our insurance providers : BC / BS of Delaware, Health Options, Amerihealth, and Aetna
  • Professional office space.
  • Referrals.
  • Flexible hours with in-person or online capacity.
  • 1099

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling or related field
  • Ability to work effectively with people and aid them in adjusting to their specific challenges.
  • Ability to identify the needs of clients and to gain their confidence and cooperation in assisting them to obtain their identified goals.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, other members of staff, outside agencies, institutions and the general public.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to successfully work with others from various cultures and backgrounds.
  • Ability to organize a caseload and navigate our administrative system.
  • Maintain valid license (if applicable) and appropriate professional certificates and credentials.
  • Provide and maintain liability insurance.
