Key Responsibilities
Lead the Enterprise Sales Engineering team in the Central region
Recruit and hire top Sales Engineers and Managers while enabling team performance
Provide technical leadership and develop integrated technology solutions for customers
Required Qualifications
7+ years of sales engineering management experience, preferably in software or data center environments
5+ years of experience with large enterprise accounts
Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
High level of business acumen with experience working with CxO level personnel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
