PuroClean of Waconia is growing fast, and we're looking for hardworking, motivated Restoration Technicians who want to make a difference in our community. We help families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Our work is hands-on, meaningful, and different every day. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a rewarding trade, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

  • Respond to water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs
  • Perform demolition, equipment setup, moisture readings, and drying procedures
  • Document job progress using our software and mobile apps
  • Communicate with team members, customers, and supervisors clearly and professionally
  • Maintain clean vehicles, tools, and job sites
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What We're Looking For :

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Construction, cleaning, or restoration experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications a plus we'll train the right person
