Web Sales Specialist-Full Time

Summary : Accurately and systematically list and sell retail products online items while maintaining a consistent level of production that meets the goals and company objectives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Timely answer guest emails / questions in a professional, courteous and respectful manner
• Testing / cleaning items to ensure accuracy to maximize profits
• Use multiple tools to determine the most accurate pricing of each item
• Remove all personal data off electronic items to maintain previous owner's confidentially
• Research items to ascertain sale, value, model number and any other relevant information
• Photograph items with the highest possible image quality
• Describe the item condition both cosmetically and functionally
• Ensure sold items are shipped safely in one business day to reduce returns
• Pay close attention to detail and be organized
• Effectively communicate with team members / supervisors while maintaining a safe work environment
• Achieve daily and monthly web sales goals
• Other duties as assigned by management

$15.00 - $20.00 an hour
