Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage change and mitigate risks effectively
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading and developing a team in a healthcare service-based environment
3+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations and disciplines
3+ years of experience implementing operational excellence as a manager
3+ years of experience using data to drive decision-making
2+ years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma practices or holding Green Belt Certification
