Job Description

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

Guaranteed Hours Per Week :  36

Shift Requirements : 12 hour NOC shift 1830-0700

Weekend Rotation : Every other weekend, occasionally every 3rd

Float Requirements :  Primarily PICU and NICU, but may need to float to general med / surg acute care units, EDTC.

Certifications Required : AHA BLS, AHA PALS, NRP, required. WI License and NBRC RRT (must be RRT)

Education : AD

Minimum Experience : 3-5 years Peds critical care or NICU. Must be able to function on PICU and Level IV NICU.

Charting : Epic Clin Doc, preferred.

Required Skillset :

PICU Experience Required

Vents-Servo I and Servo u, LTV's, Astral and Trilogy, Oscillators, Trach patients, knowledge of invasive and non-invasive ventilation, CPAP, BiPaP, RAM cannula, NAVA ventilation, PEP, INO

24 bed peds cardiac ICU, 24 beds peds medical ICU, 24 beds peds surgical ICU, 70 bed level IV NICU

2-3 RCP's in each of PICU, 3-4 RCP's in NICU depending on census.

Manage respiratory care patients, vent management, intubations, extubations, suctioning, treatments.

Scrub Colors : Any professional scrubs

Flu vaccine required. NO EXEMPTIONS
