Project Manager (Construction)

House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations. This role oversees 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The position requires travel to various job sites across the greater Maryland area, so residence in Maryland is necessary.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing and completing 3-6 projects monthly within the set timeline
• Recruiting contractors and managing contracts for trades and subcontractors
• Striving to complete projects below budget and seeking cost reduction and process streamlining
• Managing project timelines and responding to inspections
• Delivering equipment to job sites as needed
• Conducting final inspections and documenting the properties
