Sales Outfitter - Fishing

Overview

Sales Outfitter - Fishing at Bass Pro Shops. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, handling merchandise, and providing information and direction to customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Demonstrate products to customers and replenish merchandise on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and advertised sales, maintain pricing and signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restock merchandise as required.
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked with supplies.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs (e.g., CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
