Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile Software Development.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization (preferred).
• Proficiency in Dataflow, Data Modeling, C++, Java (preferred).

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Compensation and benefits

The US base salary for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education.
