Location : Sturgeon Bay, WI

Job Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Shift : Monday – Thursday, 5 : 55 AM – 4 : 25 PM

Pay : $28-$34.00 per hour based on experience

Overtime : Occasional Fridays

We’re currently seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support complex tooling maintenance and high-speed stamping operations. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving problems on the production floor, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform complex bench work and machine operations to maintain and improve high-speed stamping dies and fixtures.
• Plan, layout, and execute die maintenance work with limited supervision.
• Operate and set up Tool Room equipment including grinders, mills, lathes, and EDM machines.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure die quality and performance.
• Train and mentor junior toolmakers, machinists, and technicians.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the maintenance system.
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes (training available if needed).
