Need coverage at two worksites, Open to 1 doctor or 2 doctors covering this need. Dates : 2 weeks per month, ongoing long-term needs of 6 months Schedule : Monday- Friday 8a-430p No Call / No Weekends Clinic Setting Daily Counts- 80-100 reads / day, Mammo-7, CT-13, MRI-4, NM-1.5, Radiographs- 50 day 6 / day in clinic, Ultrasound-6, Procedures 1-2, Total -roughly 68 / day EMR EPIC Certifications : Board Certified Radiology required,Prefer those with IMLC licensure if not already licensed in WI 30-90 day Hospital privs
