PM Pastry Cook

Circa 1886 is looking for a passionate pastry cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic culinary professional with a passion for plated desserts and genuine hospitality. Applicants should have at least 6 months of professional baking experience or a pastry degree and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. This individual will work alongside the Executive Pastry Chef and pastry lead to maintain high standards, develop seasonal menus, and sustain a successful baking and pastry program.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Must have reliable transportation
• Pastry degree or at least 6 months of baking / pastry experience
• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
• The ability to work as a team with a fluid result
