Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational setting is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support to students with munication challenges. This contract position is based in McConnell Air Force Base, KS, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct prehensive speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students speech, language, and munication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure effective munication strategies are in place.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student goals, progress, and services provided.
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff on speech-language interventions and acmodations.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings, preferably with diverse student populations.
  • Proficiency in assessing and treating a wide range of speech and language disorders.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with school personnel and families.
  • Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet individual student needs.
