Position Overview
This role is based at our Port Washington, WI site.
The Manager, Energy Markets & Regulatory Policy - Wisconsin leads all regulatory, policy, and market strategy efforts in support of Vantage Data Centers' energy delivery and commercial execution in the state of Wisconsin. This role is responsible for shaping, navigating, and responding to regulatory environments, commission proceedings, utility program development, and regional transmission planning-particularly as administered by MISO (Midcontinent Independent System Operator).
The individual will serve as the internal lead for all energy-related regulatory engagement with Wisconsin Electric Corporation (WE Energies), American Transmission Company (ATC), the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW), and MISO. The role collaborates with legal, energy delivery, public policy, and commercial teams to help secure favorable outcomes in rate design, interconnection policy, transmission planning, and infrastructure approvals.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience :
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of energy regulation, utility rates, transmission planning, and ISO / RTO processes
Skilled in regulatory analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic policy development
Ability to interpret technical filings, manage docket timelines, and influence outcomes in regulatory and transmission settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and brief preparation
Strategic thinker with business acumen and cross-functional collaboration experience
Capable of managing multiple regulatory efforts while driving alignment with corporate priorities
Travel required is expected to be up to 50% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
