Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth assessments of current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement scalable, future-state processes aligned with business goals.
- Define and lead operational excellence strategies across business units.
- Build standardized toolkits, playbooks, and best-practice frameworks for enterprise-wide use.
- Use data analysis and KPIs to monitor performance and track ROI of key initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and tools to drive data-driven decision-making and accountability.
- Deliver clear, impactful presentations to senior stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure alignment of improvement efforts.
- Facilitate workshops and change management activities, including training and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational agility.
