Ask about our Technician Tuition Assistance Program! Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Toyota vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, providing accurate and thorough inspections. Communicate with service advisors regarding repair status and recommend additional services as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety procedures and protocols. Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Toyota or similar brands. ASE certification preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications is a plus. Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles. Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is a drug-free workplace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automotive repair, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to precision, accuracy and getting it right the first time.
- $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate)
- $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Ask hiring manager for details)
- $40 Hour Week / Four 10 Hour Days - Off Three
