The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for initiating the sales process, building and managing prospect lists and generating qualified leads that will be passed on to designated sales staff for follow-up.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Representing GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during a series of calls to customers
• Providing exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Offering additional GoodLeap products to customers that may benefit from GoodLeap's other services
• Updating GoodLeap systems to ensure each interaction with a customer is well documented
• Handling issues with diplomacy to ensure that every customer is happy with their experience with GoodLeap
• Escalating issues to management when necessary and ensuring customer concerns are explained effectively and clearly.
• Completing other tasks as deemed appropriate by manager.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :

Compensation : $22 / hr. Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position / department.
