Key Responsibilities
Own SLA outcomes end-to-end, ensuring stable and efficient performance
Monitor and troubleshoot staffing gaps and occupancy balance impacting SLA performance
Lead strategic initiatives and translate business priorities into workforce actions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations leadership
Fluency in WFM fundamentals such as capacity planning and occupancy
Experience in leading teams or large-scale initiatives
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
