CNC Programmer

Looking for a new challenge in precision manufacturing? Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing team. If you’re skilled with Mastercam and have experience programming a wide range of machines — including multi-axis equipment — this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What You’ll Do :

Program and edit CNC machines using Mastercam for a variety of parts and materials

Prove out new programs, review blueprints, and make on-the-fly corrections

Work hands-on with machinists and operators to optimize setups and machining performance

Troubleshoot issues, improve efficiency, and ensure top-quality production results

Contribute to process improvements and maintain a strong safety and quality focus

What You Bring :

5+ years of CNC programming experience

Proficiency with Mastercam and G-code editing

Solid blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

Experience with multi-axis machining centers

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
