Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse needs.

Responsibilities include delivering intensive mental health services such as home-based and outpatient counseling to promote healthy development, family functioning, and reduce hospital or substitute care stays.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services, Michigan licensure, and meeting QMHP / QIDP requirements or working under supervision. Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement is preferred.

Offers a competitive hourly rate ($29.17 - $39.48), benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development), and flexibility with remote and in-person work. Must be able to work day shifts in Bad Axe, MI, and relocate if necessary.
