Job Description

This role is responsible for managing and mentoring engagement team members while ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax-related projects. The position involves direct client interaction, addressing complex tax issues, delivering high-quality tax preparation and reviewing services across multiple entity types and industries. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in taxation with leadership skills to train staff, oversee workflows, and contribute to process improvements.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000–$140,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
