Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting and directing customers and for processing all customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
• Handle customer transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, and pick lists
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Field phone calls / take messages
• Resolve customer inquiries, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain showroom inventory and tidy checkout area
• Prepare nightly deposit
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the companys discretion
