Hematology / Oncology Physician

Position Overview This is a full-time outpatient hematology / oncology assignment . The physician will work Monday-Friday in an outpatient clinic with no call responsibilities , supported by experienced APP coverage. This is a top-tier paying role for the region, aligned with or above current market rates for Hem / Onc locums in the Upper Midwest. Float pool coverage. Estimated Total Earnings Over 6 Months : $468,000 Pay Ranking : Top 10% in the regional market for outpatient Hem / Onc locums. Assignment Highlights Joint Commission-certified agency 6-month contract Full-time, 40 hours / week Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Outpatient clinic only No call Solid tumor and hematology coverage required Full-time APP support Epic EMR Prepaid travel and malpractice insurance included Credentialing : 90 days with active license, 120 days if licensing required Job Responsibilities Evaluate and manage hematologic and oncologic patients in an outpatient clinic Collaborate with APPs, nursing, and multidisciplinary cancer care team Provide continuity of care and coordinate referrals as needed Document all encounters accurately in Epic Skills & Experience Board Certification in Hematology / Oncology (Required) Active MN medical license or IMLC eligibility (Required) DEA and BLS Certification (Required) Experience with Epic EMR Outpatient Hem / Onc experience preferred
