We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mebane, NC. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement assembly processes and equipment to enhance productivity and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product designs for manufacturability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and assembly technicians.
- Develop and maintain documentation for assembly processes, work instructions, and training materials.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
