Description\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY : The Registered Nurse serves as a vital clinical practitioner, coordinating and delivering comprehensive patient care tailored to the unique needs of the medical oncology population. This role emphasizes the provision of high-quality, safe, and efficient care aligned with our standards. The RN is expected to embody the mission, philosophy, and goals of both the nursing unit and the organization, while fostering an atmosphere of respect and collaboration among staff, physicians, patients, and families.\n\nRequirements\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : \n\nEDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.\n\nCERTIFICATION / LICENSES : Current RN license from New Mexico or a compact state. BLS Certification is required either prior to or within 2 weeks of hire date. Additional required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
