Location & Hybrid Note

This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week onsite in our Walnut Creek, CA corporate office.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to manage and secure identity and access within our organization. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, integrating ServiceNow, Clearskye, and Okta, leading complex projects, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions leveraging ServiceNow, Clearskye, and Okta.
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and directories.
  • Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests.
  • Develop and enforce access control policies, roles, and permissions (RBAC matrix, privileged access).
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of user access rights.
  • Lead and manage IAM projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and application teams and communicate IAM concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry standards, and participate in security audits and assessments.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), ServiceNow, Clearskye, Saviynt, Sailpoint, and Okta.
  • Proven ability to manage complex IAM projects and deliver results.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of IAM professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of security regulations and standards.

    • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an IAM management role.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, Clearskye, Saviynt, Sailpoint, and Okta.
  • Preferred industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+).

    • Compensation

    Min : $155,080.00 – Mid : $193,850.00 – Max : $232,620.00
