Bill's Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Inc. is a leading landscaping and lawn maintenance service provider in the Frankfort area. We seek a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscape Designer / Job Estimator. This is a full-time position with commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities :

• Meet with clients to discuss their landscaping needs and design preferences.
• Develop detailed landscape designs and proposals, including site, planting, and hardscape plans.
• Use estimating software to prepare accurate job estimates for clients.
• Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, working closely with the installation crew to ensure that the design is executed according to the client's specifications.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, timelines, and change orders.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities, such as attending industry events and networking with potential clients.
