Job Summary :
As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Certifications / Licensures :
BLS Certification is required within 90 days of hire
ACLS Certification is required within one year of hire
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification is required within one year of hire
Work Locations :
Multiple locations including 4N & 4S & 4W, 5N & 5S, CDU, 6N, 6S, Med Surg – South, ED, and ICU & Tower ICU
