Job Description
As a Senior Control Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems within a defined scope. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role requires expertise in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and robotics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and program control systems using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
- Implement and configure VFDs for various applications.
- Integrate and troubleshoot robotics systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of control systems and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems engineering within the food and beverage industries.Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.Strong knowledge of VFDs and their applications in industrial settings.Experience with robotics integration and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems.Experience with other automation technologies and software (e.g., SCADA, HMI).Company Description
