Opportunity Highlights :
- 50 / 50 Flex Role : Balanced inpatient (hospitalist) and outpatient (clinic) gastroenterology practice.
- Full-Time Schedule : 40-hour workweek consisting of 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
- Rotating Shared Call Coverage for weekdays and weekends – light, telephone-based only.
- Adjunct Academic Appointment for hospital admitting privileges.
- Direct Connection with the Gastroenterology Academic Department for mentorship, guidance, and additional support.

Training / Education :
Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D. / D.O.Successful completion of Internal Medicine residency at an accredited healthcare institution.Successful completion of Gastroenterology Fellowship at an accredited healthcare institution.Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology from said residency.Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D. / D.O.Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required.Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing required.Benefits :
