What You’ll Do
Provide skilled, compassionate hospice care to patients and families during after-hours and on-call shifts.
Assess and respond to changes in patient condition, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and family members.
Educate and support patients, caregivers, and facility staff on the hospice philosophy and care plan.
Offer emotional and spiritual support at all stages, including end-of-life care and bereavement.
What You’ll Bring
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
Current RN license in good standing
1+ year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
Compassionate heart, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs. and travel up to 50%
