Data Center Technician (Startup & Operations) About the Role
Join our organization supporting the startup, commissioning, and operations of AI / HPC data centers. You'll work hands-on with high-density infrastructure while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow all critical facility work rules, safety procedures, and lockout / tagout.
- Start up, operate, and maintain electrical & mechanical systems (UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear, cooling).
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance.
- Support facility walkthroughs and readiness checks.
- Respond quickly to alarms, emergency situations, and customer concerns.
- Document daily activities using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Perform physical inventory counts and support parts / tool control.
- Develop & Adhere to SOP / MOP / EOP execution and quality standards.
What You Bring
Mechanical and / or electrical aptitude with the ability to learn and master data center systems.Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to safety.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Ability to lift 50 lbs., work at heights, and stand / walk for extended periods.Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and travel as needed.Valid legal status, driver's license and ability to meet site access requirements.Impeccable work ethic, on time, available, dedicated.Benefits & Compensation
