Oracle B2C Service Cloud DevOps Lead (RightNow technology) - Remote

Johnson Controls is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Oracle B2C Service Cloud DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team! If you have a solid background in Oracle B2C Service Cloud applications, focusing on implementation and support to improve employee experience and service delivery, this could be your next opportunity! How you will do it

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle B2C Service applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and must have strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot Oracle B2C Service applications.
• You will stay current with Oracle B2C Service features and enhancements, ensuring the integration of new functionalities into existing systems.
• Familiar with middleware / integration tools i.e. MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Coordinate data synchronization between Oracle Service Cloud and other systems (Oracle EBS, Reporting, OFSC).
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation using flow diagrams, wire frames, etc.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and emerging technologies.

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $97,000 - $132,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
