Overview
Raymond West is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our service team. The primary objectives are to repair and service the customer's equipment, maintain good communication with customers, peers, and management, represent and sell the entire company, maintain and exceed productivity goals, and work within all safety guidelines established by Raymond West and OSHA.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
- Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
- Train other employees as needed.
- Maintain a profitable billing level.
- Follow all Service Department procedures.
- Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
- Complete all paperwork transactions in a timely, neat, accurate and orderly fashion.
- Communicate all options to customers before proceeding with work.
- Have the necessary tools to perform repair and scheduled service work.
- Complete jobs within quoted time limits when applicable.
- Maintain a clean and orderly (inside and outside) vehicle.
- Maintain an accurate assigned parts inventory, if applicable.
- Always represent the entire company.
- Pass Raymond Certification and re-certification if applicable.
- Maintain good working knowledge of customers and equipment in assigned areas.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record as established by the company's insurance carrier.
- Report accidents whether self or customer.
- Account for 100% of available time during working hours.
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary and coordinate all overtime with the assigned supervisor.
- Follow all procedures in the company's Employee Handbook and safety procedures with good judgment.
- Be willing to work out of town as necessary.
- Establish a positive rapport with customers.
- Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by the Service Supervisors or Managers.

This position will be based in the field and require daily travel within assigned territoriesTechnicians will be provided a company vehicle and a company Fuel CardMust be able to be insured by Raymond WestPhysical Requirements

Hourly range : $22.90 - $50.65. The specific pay offered may be influenced by experience, education, and work locationQualified candidates must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
