C&H Taxi is seeking an experienced and motivated assistant operations manager. The role would be responsible for helping making sure all operations are running efficiently and safely as well as helping with expanding and growing current and future business.

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve all safety programs.
• Maintain an efficient call center and dispatch environment.
• Recruit drivers and carryout onboarding.
• Ongoing driver relations.
• Handle all complaints and issues.
• Make sure all accounts are in proper order.
• Analyze and improve all current operations.
• Grow business by increasing accounts and trip volume.
• Making sure fleet is in proper order.
• Scheduling and routing of trips.
• Maintain all software platforms and increase proper usage.
• Anything else to keep all operations flowing safely and efficiently.
