A company is looking for an Order and Contract Management Administrator to manage bids and contracts for educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and submit RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and vendor applications for school districts
Maintain accurate documentation and data hygiene for bids and contracts
Communicate with revenue-producing teams about new bids and contracts awarded
Required Qualifications
Experience in submitting and managing contracts, with government contracts as a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with CRMs; Salesforce experience is a plus
Basic administrative skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus
