Salary Range : $18.00 – $27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
Provide friendly, timely service via phone, email, and in-person channels.
Address and resolve common customer questions, concerns, or service requests.
Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions; escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Create accurate documentation of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
