Job Title : Sr. NetSuite Consultant (Manufacturing)

Location : Greater Fayetteville, AR (Onsite / Hybrid Options)

Duration : Contract (6–12 months, full-time)

About the Opportunity

We're supporting a growing manufacturing organization based in greater Fayetteville, AR, that recently went live on NetSuite. They are now looking for an experienced NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant to help optimize and build out their operational processes within the system. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with leadership and end users to ensure that NetSuite is tailored to support production, supply chain, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Review current NetSuite setup and identify gaps in operational workflows across production, inventory, and supply chain.
• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite Manufacturing modules (WIP & Routings, Advanced Manufacturing, BOMs, Work Orders, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) to align business processes with NetSuite functionality.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve visibility, reporting, and efficiency within production and fulfillment.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation to drive adoption of operational best practices.
• Serve as subject matter expert and advisor for manufacturing-focused NetSuite initiatives.
