Looking for a full time Social Worker to provide support to patients

in hospice care who are in Franklin and Crawford County.

Shift Options : Mon-Fri, 8a-430p

We are seeking a dedicated  Social Worker II  to serve in our  community-based hospice program  in  Washington, MO , with a strong emphasis on  safety, risk management, and psychosocial support .

Overview :

Provides social work services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications :

We’re looking for someone who is flexible, knowledgeable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to excellence in hospice care, we encourage you to apply.

Education : Master's in Social Work required.

Licensure : Current license in Social Work in the state of employment (LMSW, LCSW)

Experience : 0-2 years of Clinical Experience.

Other : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in area of social services agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to patient treatment, patient rights and client / patient confidentiality.
