Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect / Project Manager located in Ames, IA. The Architect / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing architectural design, managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of all project components. Day-to-day tasks will include designing, planning, scheduling, and supervising the execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and time constraints.

• Competence in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Skills in Project Management and overseeing project lifecycles
• Experience in Software Development and Integration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure is a plus
