We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team! Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. Our mission is for every shift leader to successfully fill the shoes of a management role in the future and continue to grow with us. Responsibilities

• Assisting the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
• Take command when the manager is absent
• Responsible for the store's well-being and employees' safety when the manager is absent.

Qualifications

Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a managerial role in a similar industry is an asset.
