Construction Assistant Project Manager (Memphis)

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to leadership.
• Coordinate arrangements, document minutes of the meetings and / or conferences as assigned.
• Schedule meetings as directed by leadership
• Obtain & file toolbox talks from superintendents
• Obtain, verify, and route field labor time to leadership for final approval
• Draft & distribute weekly manpower schedule
• Track vehicle maintenance & usage
• Manage permits signatures for leadership requested by PMs
• Maintain permit log updated
• Coordinate ABC schedule and events for leadership
• Assist leadership in the review and execution of vendor Master Agreements & Commitments
• Screen all office calls for leadership
• Create & post content on social media platforms
• Process job-related expenses for leadership
• Procure closeout documents for projects per PM provided closeout log (Warranty letters, O&Ms, Extra stock, as-builts)
• Obtain all necessary credentials & executed commitments from vendors
• Upload credentials and execute commitments to servers

Perform periodic check of vendor credentials on active projects to ensure all are up to date and in compliance

Qualifications
